Main Menu Details

Packages
The Packages menu is where you may purchase additional packages, view your detailed Resource Usage, purchase Extra Features, and view bandwidth usage graphs.  If you wish to host more than one domain with JaxHosting, go to the Package menu and select "Add New".  This will enable you to host multiple domains using only one login name and password for the control panel.

Domains
The Domains menu is where you go to add domains, delete domains, or make changes to your existing domains.  More details on this menu next in the tour.

Billing
The Billing menu allows you to Make Payments online, view Account Statements, and view Recurring Transactions.  These features allow you to know what you've paid, and when you can expect to be charged in the future.

Password
This option allows you to change your Helm Control Panel password.  Note that this password is the default password for FTP users created when new domains are added, for the FrontPage account, and for your default email account. It is important to note that changing the password here doesn't update the FTP user passwords, etc. for domains you have already created.

Personal Details
This is where you may change your address, phone number and other contact details.

Online Help
This option will allow you to search through the Helm Help database.

Messaging

Messages
If any alerts or messages have been sent by the System Administrator, they'll show up here.  These may include payment reminds or system notifications.
