Our main servers are located at a secure network facility in Jacksonville, Florida. The facility has a gas-based fire protection system with specialized heat & smoke detectors.  The entire facility has industrial battery backup and a diesel generator, just in case the worst happens.  Entry to the facility requires card access, fingerprint and matching PIN number.

Our servers are connected to multiple DS3 and OC3 connections supplied by four major internet service providers:  AT&T, Qwest, Sprint and Time Warner.  Our internet connections are delivered via Sonnet Ring for maximum reliability and redundancy.  Having four different Internet providers means that our internet connectivity is completely redundant, and reliable.  Our servers are only a few hops away from the internet backbone, meaning your data will be delivered at high speeds with very low latency.
