During your visit to a site on the JaxHosting network we may gather information relating to your geographic location, operating system, browser and referring information.  This data is collected in bulk and can not be tracked down to an individual session.  This information enables us to ensure we are marketing effectively and better target advertising.

Personal Information
When you sign-up for a service with JaxHosting we may require information such as name, address and other contact details.   This information is held by JaxHosting only for the benefit of running the business. We do not pass on or sell this information to any third party.  The only exception to this is when we register your domain.  We must then provide your details to the registrar to allow you to own the domain.  In any other circumstance, information is only released if required by law.

Credit Card Details
Our credit card transactions are carried out by our prefered credit card gateway.  They hold all credit card information. We do not have access to any numbers or expiration information relating to the card.

External Sites
JaxHosting provides links to external sites and partner sites which we feel will be of benefit to our visitors. We have no influence over the sites content or Privacy Policy.   We suggest you view the external sites privacy policy if you require further information.
